Interview With Chef Kardea Brown

Kardea was featured in the June 2014 issue of Modern Flavor Magazine. She was also featured on The Cooking Channel’s The Deen of Lean with Bobby Deen. Since the airing of The Deen of Lean, she’s made appearances on The Paula Deen Network, ABC's The Chew, Food Network’s Farmhouse Rules, BBQ Blitz, and The Kitchen. Kardea has caught the attention of various networks and is currently working to secure her very own “Cooking Show.”

Kardea hopes to reintroduce the meaning of supper with The New Gullah Supper Club.  The New Gullah Supper Club will unite people from different walks of life with one common interest: to enjoy good food with great people . She is currently traveling from state to state cooking some of her best contemporary spins on Gullah/Geechee dishes for food enthusiast.
