I am not the only one who thinks the idea of "better living through chemistry" has gone too far too fast at the hands of the likes of Monsanto. I may not be a sustainablity genius, but I am a member of Be The Media, so my role in all this is to facilitate a conversation that will make the right kind of difference.

I recently took a pledge at Small Planet Institute: I pledge to bring public attention to our need to co-generate "Future Food" by providing access to good information about viable and sustainable solutions every one of us can implement in order to overcome the challenges to good-food-for-healthy-people created by the money-in-politics that favor corporate farming and agribusiness.

TODAY’S SHOW: Future Food - Local Solutions

What can we do as individuals and as members of a community to shift practices toward good-food-for-healthy-people? Today’s guests include Albert Kaufman from Farm My Yard in Portland, OR, and Kate Wildrick and Aaron Imhoff from the Ingenuity Innovation Center in St. Helens, OR.

Together we will discuss moving toward the world we seek.

Find out more at about our guests at http://youringenuity.com/new/ and http://farmmyyard.org/
