The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that just 11% of Adults believe Congress is a good reflection of the views of the American people. Just two months after seating the 113th Congress and they are already totally out of touch with their constituents. How is this either mathematically or statistically possible? And more importantly, how can we, The People redirect/repurpose our representatives to get them to do what we want them too?
