Today, as the nation looks toward the tenth anniversary of 9/11, we'll be discussing whether and how the country has changed its approaches to privacy, human rights, and civil liberties as it has sought security from terrorism, including whether the panoply of domestic and foreign policies has actually made us safer or not.
