Let's face it. No one comes rushing up to me asking to help them prepare a business plan. The very words 'business plan' seem to produce an immediate glaze over some solo entrepreneur's eyes.  However, it is important so I talk about it anyway.

February is 'get to know business plans month' at The Coach & Mentor Group. Business plans can seem boring on the surface but they are the foundation of a solid business.
