Not too many people impress me, but ms. Chamein Canton is on the top of my list this! Chamein is the author of Down that isle in style , Not His Type , Ms. Don't Stand for Multiple Sclerosis and a host of other books. Ms. Canton pourers her heart, soul and brilliance in all that she does. Ms.Canton and I conversated like two sister friends caughting up with each other after having not seen each other in a long time. What make this show so special and Ms. Canton so special is because she, like myself is a survivor. She is a single mother, a cancer survivor and living with Multiple Sclerosis. Ms. Canton not only spoke about living her childhood dreams, but living with dignity and spunk in the face of many health and personal upheavals. She was an inspiration for me, because I too understand the challenges of living with a chronic illness, yet still having the will to make a difference in my life and the lives of others. So thank you Chamein for being the empowered woman that you are! If you have not heard the show yet, please click here !
