  Dr. Michael Riley is the Chief Deputy Director of the Orange County Social Services Agency. In his former life, he was the Director of one of the agency's that now reports to him, the Children and Family Division. In addition, he worked for Father Flanagan's Boys Town in Nebraska and Boys and Girls Town in Southern California. Tune in to hear how these experiences, plus his PhD in psychology and his Vietnam Combat experience helped shaped the excellent leader he is today.
