Reading Chapter 2 "Leading the Way to Success" by Judy Nelson et al

Today I will be reading Chapter 2 in "Leading the Way to Success." The author of this chapter is Warren Bennis, referred to as "the dean of leadership gurus." Last week I read my Chapter (1) on Emotionally Intelligent Management. These readings are for my friend Shirley, a bright manager who happens to be visually impaired--and for the participants in my Leadership Series: "Fix YOU First" who may prefer audio and/or who may not have English as their first language.
