When I think of the word "leader," the name of Sharon Osborne automatically jumps into my awareness. Sharon's leadership skills are beyond what is so casually called "excellence." In recent years, her influence has expanded beyond the state of Washiington to places like India where she is helping to dramatically improve the lives of children.

Jean McIntosh, now a resident of Whidby Island in Washington State, was formerly the Assistant Director of one of the largest child welfare programs in the country: Los Angeles County.
