Kimberly A. Blackwell is the chief executive officer of PMM Agency. The Columbus, Ohio, based marketing firm provides comprehensive brand strategy, advertising, communication, events and crisis management services to its clients and partners. PMM has earned a reputation as a trusted brand manager from world-class athletic organizations and celebrities to Fortune 100 global corporations including Nationwide Insurance, Dell, Macy’s Inc., American Express, and USA Track & Field.

In 2013, Black Enterprise featured Ms. Blackwell as one of its “Top Executives in Marketing & Advertising.”   Ms. Blackwell also received national recognition in The Network Journal’s “25 Influential Black Women in Business.” In 2012, she was featured in the Power Issue of Black Enterprise among its “Rising Business All-Stars 40 Under 40.”

With executive training from Harvard, Northwestern and Cornell Universities, Ms. Blackwell is a certified diversity and inclusion professional who consults in the areas of organizational effectiveness. She received her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and earned a master's from Xavier University (Ohio.)
