Michelle Auerbach is the director of Story at Idea 360 working to bring in narrative theory, classical rhetoric, emotional intelligence work, and the science of cognition into Idea 360's work with meetings and organizations.  She consults and coaches on the communications skills that make businesses work.  She is a former college professor, classics scholar, and unrepentant geek about all things communications.  She has written for the New York Times and her new novel, the Third Kind of Horse, is out from beatdom books last month.
