Author and lecturer on vibrant health, KarenRanzi, has published her book, Creating Healthy Children:Through Attachment Parenting and Raw Foods. Since 1997, Karenhas presented her class "Super Healthy Children" at numerous seminars and health institutes throughout the United States - an empowering, transformational workshop to improve the way families eat for health. In her mission to provide families with natural health care, she has traveled widely on book tours to spread the word about the power of raw plant-based nutrition as a lifestyle for families.
After receiving her Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from New York University, Karenhas been working with children as a speech therapist since 1982, specializing with autistic children since 2001. In addition to speech and language improvement, she has also helped her students improve their health, reducing and often eliminating the causes of autism. In her class at Camp Kaleidoscope of Vermont, which includes the benefits of a gluten-free/dairy-free lifestyle, eliminating processed foods and eating more fresh raw plant foods,Karen builds her students' awareness of the impact of whole food vegan nutrition on the children's health and wellbeing.
