That site is dumcoach.com Coack Clark Wilkins is known for creating youth systems for the everyday youth coach and allow them bulid solid foundations to teams they coach. He has made many books for youth coaches, but one of the best resources he has ever given to me was his "Defensive Primer". This ppt. is loaded with basic info helping you understand what defensive system should fit the talkent you have on the field. He also talk about other issues in regards to youth defesnive system.
