Started coaching in 1976, position Coach in College and three years later was DC and moved on to OC. Then left and took a HC job in High School for two years. Business moved me to New York where I began to volunteer as a walk on coach and coordinator for then next 5 years. He stopped coaching in 1990´s and started again in 1999 when he moved to Europe. Taking over a failing Youth team and took fifth place that season in our State of Bavaria. Do to his success he was hired on as a mid season replacement for the DC of a European pro team and made the play-off for the first time in 6 years. In 2000, his youth team took third place in the State, losing in the play-offs. He ran Wing T or his my manipulation of it. Some people took notice of what he was doing and my phone started to ring with offers for 2001, happily it has continued till today. In those years he has been a Head Coach, a Offensive Coordinator and still hold the passing TD record in Germany of 44 in one season and a Defensive coordinator all over Europe in the Top leagues as a professional and also made a brief tour back to the States as an OC /Pass coordinator for a Division 3 team helping them have their best winning season in 4 years. 2008 he was co-D coord, running backs coach at a Dodds Europe HS and helped install a few quirks in the Wing T, went to the European Championships and lost to a single wing team. That is why he developed the T-Cat and has seen it used to a great success that two teams used it, one for a Championship. Please tune in to find out about the Cat T offense on "The Red Zone Show". We will also have Coach Mcdoanld come on and do a recap of the event last weekend for the National Wing T Clinic. Coach Hayes
