Concord, CA – People are the greatest resource for any business, but eighty percent of employees are unhappy in their jobs and ninety-five percent of those people don’t know what to do about it.

The ability to aspire, to dream about what can be, is the fuel that fills the hope tank. You have to value yourself enough to get the most out of life because we only get one. If we can get everyone to be a highly productive contributor in their organization, everyone is going to be more successful and happy and the business will thrive.

La Shawn Wells is the founder and president of Right Choice Coaching, specializes in aligning with organizations to develop cultures where continuous improvement, higher levels of achievement and exceeding customer expectations result in a better bottom-line. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and employee development, Wells utilizes transitional life coaching to promote organizational improvement.

“I help business leaders bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be by empowering their employees to take the next step,” says Wells. “As business leaders, we have to inspire and motivate our employees to be better versions of themselves so the company can be a better version of itself.”

Wells says it’s his mission to change the world one dream at a time. As a business improvement specialist, Wells has worked with individuals and organizations in healthcare, for profit education, retail, and hospitality to maximize their full potential.

“I try to help people understand that success means doing your best,” says Wells. “If we can set up goals that are simple, measurable, accountable, reachable and timely, they can see they’ve made incremental steps and celebrate success.”
