      You can feel it in the wind and sense the rising wave of seeing anew on the streets in every Southern city.  
    As the new millennium began Southerners were still living under the shadow of a war which changed everything about how we viewed ourselves.  We were different, the second class citizens of the most powerful nation on earth.  

     Today, this is also true for Americans in every part of our country.  Now, we all understand  that the corporations are the enemy of freedom and the sacred rights of individuals.  Foreclosure and outsourcing our jobs taught hard lessons which opened minds to the reality behind the words.    For many reasons we need to come together past all barriers to discover the truth and set ourselves free and follow the command of Jesus when he said, "You will be One in Me."
