It may be the slogan of our show but it is also a piece of the puzzle from the book cover titled Relationships: Some Assembly required. The book and show takes an honest look at the parts that no longer work in our relationships and either discarding bad, hurtful memories or storing in our minds lessons learned. As we learn to concentrate on the attributes we seek in our ideal "love" mate!
