Tonight as we welcome Professor Biko Agozino,  healer, author and Professor of Sociology and Africana Studies at Virginia Tech University.

Originally from Nigeria, Biko is truly an Igbo Renaissance man.  Biko was inducted into the ancient African healing arts as a child by his parents who were priests and healers. His subsequent training in scientific research methodology enabled him to observe bio-feedbacks and discover effective drug-free methods for preventing many ailments. 

In addition to Biko's roots in the art of healing, he also has a foundation in Sociology, Criminal Justice and African Studies. Some of his international literary works are  Counter Colonial Criminology: A Critique of Imperialist Reason, Editorial: Control Freak Criminology and A.D.A.M. Africana Drug-Free Alternative Medicine.  He also served as a professor at The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago.  See his curriculum vitate here.
