Thursday at 1pm CST, I am proud to be hosting the author of Grit Guide for Teens, Dr. Caren Baruch-Feldman. She is a woman of wonderous gifts, and she is never not willing to extend those to her plethora of patients. She serves as a clinical psychologist whose main tool of trade is cognitive behavioral therapy. She believes in taking the positives in life, and allowing them negate the negatives. She uses her place of happiness and hope to help better a better place of mental being for herself and her group of students who she sees in a school setting. She is also a long time active lecturer and lead of training seminars, and has service as the Chair and Co-Founder of PAPAS. We will chat about her recent book launch, her slew of services, and how she keeps her life free of somber or sad moments.
Thursday at 2pm CST, I am excited to be engaging with filmmaker and playwright Keith Boynton. Like myself, he is a poet who loves to use the written word to make magic. He is the owner of Crazy Lake Pictures, founded in 2009 to help artists make music videos and mini-films and features. He is a former graduate of Columbia University, and he takes that education and uses it to empower and engage others in their pursuit of their passions. He has also released a film entitled Seven Lovers, that uses an array of animation and a solid script to tell the tale of seven loves. We will have a discussion about his films, his good fortune with his business, and all things art.
