RTR: The Explosion of Bishops, Apostles, and Prophets

There seems to be a huge increase in the number of Bishops, Apostles and Prophets lately.  It seems that every where you look in the church world today, there seems to be a new Bishop, Apostle or Prophet.  Why are they here?  Where did they come from all of a sudden? Are they really here to serve the Body of Christ?  Maybe the answer is in 2 Tim 4:3-4,  "For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and WILL LOOK FOR TEACHERS who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear.
