Does the IC Immasculate Men?

In many Institutionalized Churches that teach the "covering doctrine"...parishoners are told to SUBMIT, not to ask questions, and basically do everything the pastor says.  What is this effect on men?  Does a man become less of a man by going through the IC system? How does it affect one's manhood when the Pastor is making more decisions in your household than you?  What if the wife listens and esteems the pastor more than her husband? Is this by design?  How does Mad Church Disease affect the manliness of the Men of God?  Does it turn a LION into a LAMB?
