25% of Church Division may be fron theological issues, but the other 75% is probably from FRACTURED RELATIONSHIPS. Life Coaching training has taught me much about how DUMB we are when it comes to Listening, Asking Questions and being Others-Centered. Most of the church 'nukes' could have been disarmed I believe.
