In today's show we'll discuss this misguided notion that we all should be handed things in life without the need to EARN IT! As a business owner I come across dozens of people who feel some notion of entitlement to my services, they believe they should be given a "better deal" than anyone else for reasons only known to them, they feel my time and my staffs' time is worth nothing but yet they want us to provide them with the "Disney World" Experience. Make no mistakes though. This type of person is found everywhere and they negatively effect our economy and our livelihoods. Think of extreme couponers and perpetual deal seekers such as thoughs who buy groupons or daily internet deals or who pull the all-nighters outside the local Walmart the day after Thanksgiving for black friday deals.
