The brain is like the muscles in your body, to keep it active and strong, you need to exercise it. Many times we think we are exercising our brains, but actually we are functioning on "auto-pilot." This automatic activity does not stimulate our brains. Just like our muscles become week and flabby when we don't exercise on a regular basis, our brains get lazy when we do not exercise them. Our brains become sluggish. We start "forgetting." We find that it is harder to learn or retain information. Don't despair, there is hope. You are not doomed to continually loose your mental agility. You can re-gain mental agility. Join as Zane Robertson from ActiveMindsForLife.com and I discuss ways to improve and maintain your mental agility. Presented by: www.HeartsAndHomesForSeniors.com
