Hey there!

Christina Wiley  here. I know you haven't heard from me in a while since I've been recovering from bilateral plantar fasciotomy. During this time I've had time to focus and really reflect on what I want to share with you on BuildingYouUp™ Talk. My initial plan was to focus on making wellness a priority.

Now that I've focused in on where my true passion lies - business, especially online/virtual - that is what BuildingYouUp™ Talk is going to focus on in the New Year. I'm excited because I will be able to bring you timely info that will help you get started in your own home based business, start an internet business or start a virtual business using your phone and computer.

There are sooo many things you can do to get started or grow your business. I'm doing it. I help other people do it. Now I'll help you do it! This will coordinate with a brand new blog for the Irresistible Woman™ Entrepreneur - I'll post once it's live where I'll share free tips, strategies and how-to's as well as interview leading experts that will give you EXACT steps you can take - not just fluffy stuff with no specifics.
