    BuildingYouUp Talk Show Update

    Hey there!

    Wow, the last month has been something else with my surgery. I am scheduled for my second surgery on September 23rd. Recovery looks to be taking 6-8 weeks.

    The good news is that I'm recovering well. The bad news is that BuildingYouUp&8482; Talk will return in two months. We'll have a new exciting format for you. I have a few ideas up my sleeve and I hope you enjoy them. :)
