Tonight we will practice what we learned last week about mindfull living and practice our skills given a real world experience. This show will be a great one for interaction so we can all sharpen our expertise!

During first 15 minutes of the show I will lay out the scenario that you and your loved ones and friends are facing. The last 45 minutes we will work through how we can mindfully tackle the situation at hand without falling into various traps and snares. The objective will be, God willing, to stay alive another day to share abundance of wisdom with others.
The last few minutes we will Hot Wash to see what we learned that we can apply next time we face a hazardous situation.
