As an entrepreneur, being focused, managing stress, and being productive are key for staying in business and having delighted customers who are very pleased with the results you are helping them attain. But being skilled in all of those areas doesn’t come easily. While there are some people who have those gifts naturally, the rest of us need to learn and incorporate those skills to have a successful, long term track as an entrepreneur.

Our guest today is a serial entrepreneur.  

Jennifer Dial is a  busy wife and mom of two teenage daughters who attend private Christian high school & college. Jen began her study of Tibetan meditation over 25 years ago, and she has been teaching off and on for more than 20 years, while staying home to raise her daughters.

Seven years ago, Jen opened her permanent cosmetics business. Her love of self care and artistry combined with helping people and have enabled Jen to create a successful business. However, Jen wants to go deeper, which is why she has launched “Mindful Meditation with Jen Dial, A CoffeeBreak for the Soul.”

Purpose and passion are the keynotes for Jen’s work, and she hopes to help many people in both of her businesses.
