Where once our food was simple, natural foods with minimal ingredients, our food is now includes a variety of different ingredients.
Often it can be difficult to find in modern foods do not contain any form of dairy products and wheat are common triggers of food allergy, which causes people to eat the same ingredients every day and often also at every meal.  The Stone Age diet is nutritionally balanced and very low ideal high-protein diet for people with allergies or diseases related to food.  The foods you can eat on the diet of Stone Age should be from natural sources and is applicable to products such as fruits (except citrus) juice of fresh fruit) (other than citrus, all wild game fish, free range eggs, all vegetables, fruit, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits (except peanuts), herbal, natural seasonings (salt, pepper, herbs) and bottled or filtered water.  Foods you should avoid in the diet of Stone Age, all forms of milk, dairy products, cereals and related products, any form of sugar, meat from animals (meat of pigs, cows, sheep, etc. ), poultry, eggs (if not free range), citrus fruits, alcohol, coffee, tea and all processed foods such as canned fish, packaged foods, bottled and ready meals, processed meat or fish, chocolate and cocoa spices and water.
The above list is more restrictive, but your health and wellbeing can be found so impressive to be improved to avoid, how to remove food from your diet.

There are some exceptions, you have the right to food stone age, do not eat fit into modern life and nutritional practices. Live low-fat yogurt in moderation is a good supplement to the diet and some grains that are well tolerated, even by those who have a food allergy, rice and millet.
If alcohol must be consumed (may be) at a wedding or celebration, then a little dry white wine or real ale can be taken.  The Stone Age diet based on natural resources, nutrient-dense foods and following a diet that provides benefits and a strong body, good health to achieve.
