Hey Chris! I wish I hadn't missed this show. I'm one of those that don't have many female friends, either. Unfortunately, many women are natural-born haters against other women. If she looks better, has a man, a great career or is seen as a go-getter, even her best "friends" might display some hateration. I've had to cut many a women loose, too, so I totally get it.
