Authentic communication is finding your language and your voice. “By their language you will know them”. Authentic communication comes from who you really are and from your heart. It also helps you find you’re tribe, your relationships, refine your work and who you would like work with. How often do you communicate through your thoughts and not your heart? Communicating what you think the other person wants to hear? Authentic communication is heart based. People can tell when you’re not speaking your truth or not being you. They may not know it consciously, but they know something isn’t quite right.
