Bio:
Hajj is a dynamic, energetic speaker that connects with his audience to inspire and challenge them to reach their hidden potential. Hajj a former collegiate basketball player accomplished his lifelong dream of designing footwear with his design of the equator cross-trainer sneaker for Mavada Footwear. He graduated from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and later attained his MBA from Lawrence Technological University.

Vic Bolton is the president of Capital Strategic Communications Group, an Atlanta-based consultancy that specializes in strategic public relations, image management, branding, governmental affairs and communications. He brings over 25 years of corporate experience to the table across a broad spectrum of industries. An Atlanta native, his professional career has included stops at IBM, BellSouth, Coca-Cola USA, SBC Communications, World Changers Ministries and Affiliated Worldwide, in positions that have ranged from sales rep to media spokesman to senior management. Known for an upbeat, high-energy communications style full of humor and relevant insight, he is a frequent speaker at conferences, workshops and seminars. Vic’s wife Jade is the principal of an elementary school in Fayetteville, Georgia, and they are the proud parents of two boys – Garett (21) and Gavin (19) – and one girl – Logan (8). His philosophy of life is taken from two of his favorite quotes – “Service is your rent for the space you occupy” and “Preach the gospel at all times – use words if necessary.”
