  About The Editor:  Robert S. Scott, Sr. has served the Lord as the pastor-teacher of the Los Angeles Community Bible Church since 1994. In addition, he is an instructor at the Los Angeles Bible Training School near Watts, a visiting lecturer at the Master’s Seminary, and a professor in Biola Universities BOLD program. He holds a BS degree from UCLA, and a MDiv and ThM from The Master’s Seminary.
