Pam, you are so right about writing as solidarity, yet we need to take time aside even if it is a walk in the park; watch our pets (which I do); and to be present in the moment. Remove the stress! I have been through that too while writing spiritual books lately. God told me to make a time line and not to stretch myself thin.
