This Chocolate frosting recipe is so easy to make. Organic milk and butter along with pure vanilla extract make this a healthier option for those who like to eat as healthy as possible, while still enjoying the small things in life (chocolate).

Ingredients you will need:

  • 1 stick of softened butter
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup organic whole milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup shaved dark chocolate (frozen)
Directions for my Chocolate Cake Recipe
  1. Beat butter until creamy
  2. Add cocoa powder (mix well)
  3. Add milk and sugar (mix slowly at first)
  4. After all ingredients are mixed well, add vanilla
  5. Frost cooled cake
  6. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top (add powdered sugar for a little extra beauty)
