She focuses on her clients’ bio-individuality.

Danny Suggs is a certified Personal Trainer and motivator of those leading sedentary lifestyles. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth Univ. with a degree in Exercise Science and has been employed in the health and fitness industry more than 12 years.  From 2001 to 2005 he owned and operated a private training studio in the heart of the Big Apple, serving everyone from the everyday moms, investment bankers to high fashion models. He’s currently the co-founder of a social media website PickYourOwnTrainer.com. It serves fitness professionals and those seeking their services.
