The panelists are:

Emma Galland is a holistic health and nutrition coach, personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She’s the owner of Goji Fitness and has 19 years’ experience in the fitness industry in Europe and the US. She helps people transform their lives by increasing energy levels, reducing stress and healing and strengthening their bodies with simple and pleasurable dietary and lifestyle changes. She focuses on her clients’ bio-individuality, which is something we’ll explain in a little bit. 

Danny Suggs is a certified Personal Trainer and motivator of those leading sedentary lifestyles. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth with a degree in Exercise Science and has been employed in the health and fitness industry more than 12 years.  From 2001 to 2005 he owned and operated a private training studio in the heart of the Big Apple, serving everyone from the everyday moms, investment bankers to high fashion models. He’s currently the co-founder of a social media website PickYourOwnTrainer.com .  It serves fitness professionals and those seeking their services.

PJ Martyn has worked in corporate America the last five years in London, New York and Charlotte.  He’s also passionate about fitness and training and is a certified personal trainer. PJ is a strong advocate of a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition and says we can only be healthier, happier and fitter by making gradual changes to our lifestyle – not trying for fast track results. He is co-founder of the sports nutrition company Eat The Bear – they make clean and lean protein and supplements and educate the fitness community through weekly blogs.
