During this segment we will talk about what women need to do to create a healthy and whole self. What does it take to free yourself of past hurts, disappointments, baggage, fears and trauma's? Where do you go and who do you turn to when life has just beat you down and beat you up? There is hope, joy and victory on the other side of the tunnel but you have to go through to come out. You do not have to live a defeated life and you can create the life you want. You can be healed of your hurt, freed from pain and gain the courage you need to live VICTORIOUSLY.
