When the tears dry...."What do you do next"???

We experience hurt and pain on all sorts of levels such as ,broken hearted from cheating, coming out of the closet, the lost of a loved one, etc... but after your tears dry, and you realized that life is still happening around you, what do you do to next to move to the next chapter in your life?
