Could Children be at risk at the hands of their parents?

Questionable parenting, the good, the bad and ugly.  It is here.  Children are dying and/or being harmed by the hands of their parents.  Why?  It is unexplainable and unacceptable.  Our children are the most valuable and special people on this earth.  We must do a better job in raising them and bringing them up to be an outstanding person who cares about God, Family and Country.  Some Parents are walking in fear of responsibility and immaturity.  This causes emotional turmoil for the parent and all family members in their sphere of influence.  Parents must be willing to forget themselves and focus on the care, the safety and well being of their child.
