Come and join us as we continue with the "Attachment" series, wherein we will discuss the three kinds of dysfunctional attachment. Our focus will identify how not only emotionally dysfunctional these levels are, but how our brain sets up automatic chemical responses. Therefore, understanding how anxiety is at the core of our responses when we feel threatened or unsafe in a relationship. Attachment is definitely a key in the boy meets girl world! By definition, there is a LOT of anxiety.
