This week in the Lounge its all about Winn-Dixie and the impact that it is having on the industry. My Guest will be Chef Rosecleer-Marie from Atlanta, Chef Jackson from Louisiana. thanks to Winn-Dixie the three of us have been out on the road this month doing cooking demonstrations in select cities promoting southern cuisine. this is my 2nd year and Winn-Dixie has reached out to the industry to showcase african ameican chefs. This week we will be discussing the recipes that we are preparing as well as the backgrounds of the chefs.
