Michael Poole, is an award winning chocolatier in Seattle, Chef Jesse Jones of Chef Jesse Concepts out of Newark NJ and to make sure everyone is relaxed for the upcoming Valentines Day Ms. Juanita Wright of Spa Laterra in St. Augustine Fl.
Chef Kevin Mitchell will be stopping by as well to give the listeners the weekly black culinary history moment.
