Slight last minute change of schedule and guest for this episode as we pay attention to the flu on tonight's episode!

A new variant of a flu virus that circulates in pigs has been jumping occasionally into people, providing a surprisingly early opportunity for public health officials to test out some of the lessons learned from the 2009 H1N1 Pandemic. We'll be joined by Chasing4Life's Thresea Gratton to find out just what we're looking at!

Theresa Gratton has over 18 years experience as a registered nurse; 8 years in critical care and 11 years as an Infection Preventionist.  Her career is grounded in evidenced based, data driven recommendations to increase safety and improve outcome.  She is passionate about sharing her infection prevention knowledge, strategies and process development with all levels of healthcare.

Is America ready for another pandemic or have they grown tired of the messages?
