The Leadership Gap Analysis Series....Charmaine launches her leadership series with co-host Christine Laperriere. They will be interviewing experts in the area of leadership and talking about the gaps between what we know, and what we do in practice. The Leadership Gap Analysis series will feature a different guest each week as we explore various leadership principles from the greats including Steven Covey, Don Miguel Ruiz and more. This week Charmaine and Christine explore Covey’s principle #2: Begin with the end in mind, with Scott Peltin.   Next week the topic is Principle # 3 of Steven Covey’s” Put First Things First. 

Van Clayton Powel is a former Registered Psychiatric Nurse who graduated as top student in his class and went on to specialize in addictions treatment and emergency psychiatric assessments.  As the founder of Mind Body Fitness Inc., Powel has developed and taught courses on advanced health and fitness techniques to thousands of clients, including Olympic athletes and coaches, the Canadian National Snowboard Team, and corporations like VISA.  He is also the producer of the Runner’s Yoga Program, 30MinuteYoga, and the Refresh and Rejuvenate stress management system. Powel spends most of his time on the West coast of Canada with his wife, happily eating anything he wants again.
