II  Thessalonians Chapter 1

Well, Hello Again

• Again, this letter starts with a greeting from Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy to the folks in Thessalonica. Hey, y'all. Long time, no write.
• And again, Paul is thankful that the Christians of Thessalonica are so darn holy and awesome. 
• So the Thessalonians are suffering a bit. So what? This is all part of God's master plan to strengthen them. And no worries, God will make it right in the end, everyone.
• When Jesus comes down from Heaven with angels and fire all around him (yowza), non-believers are gonna pay big time.
• Believers, on the other hand, are golden.
• Paul prays all the time that the Thessalonians will keep on the straight and narrow and be deemed worthy by God to be part of this elite group of humans who won't be having divine wrath poured down upon them. We're guessing the Thessalonians are shooting for this, too.
