Chaos Solutions

Chaos Solutions/CS Corporate volunteers with teens who produce their own Blog Talk Radio Show.  On the May 4, episode of Chaos Solutions, Dee Dee Bass-Francis gives the teens time to air their interview with actor Lamman Rucker.

While Rucker is best recognized as Mr. Brown’s clean-cut nephew Will and Jill Scott’s hero Officer Troy, he is gaining a reputation as an advocate for youth empowerment.  He is a founding member of The Black Gents of Hollywood an organization that not only provides guidance to African American men in Hollywood, it also provides life skills outreach to young men in the inner cities of Los Angeles, CA, Atlanta, GA and Washington, DC.  The Black Gents are currently running a successful off Broadway production of Layon Gray’s historical drama Black Angels over Tuskegee about the life of Tuskegee Airmen.

Lamman Rucker who holds a Masters in Education and Curriculum Development encouraged the students to aggressively pursue their education and to never be ashamed of their background.

“Everybody is important.  Everybody has something to give,” said Rucker during the student Blog Talk Radio Interview.  “A part of growing up in this international world is understanding and being prepared and having tools to adapt outside of the small environment that you may have come from.  That’s what education is all about”
