I was a victim of judicial misconduct/abuse! It took me yrs upon yrs to fight and have my case reversed! I had lost everything! My home my rights and my friends and family. I decided to read and study my own case. There was no where to go but up! I was already beaten down. I had nothing to lose. I fought back and gave it my heart and soul! I was being harassed and threatened on a regular basis. I thought that it would be any day that they would kill me that's how bad it got! My case is named Lun

Dr.Cordero makes some excellent points about why abusive judges target the disadvantages and poor. He challenges our best and brightest law schools on the issue of judicial reform and judicial accountability. Civic teachers take note - this is an excellent way to encourage student and academic discussion and to teach how the U. S. judicial systems should operate under an ideal system and how our judicial system has become flawed.
