CFDL Players are getting ready for the upcoming 2009 CFDL Combine. On this episode of CFDL Radio, Scott Pucek, Founder of Xplosive Speed, will share his thoughts and guidance to prepare for a College/NFL style combine. Scott has trained a host of professional athletes throughout his coaching career and has worked with all levels of youth, high school, collegiate athletes and has acted as a speed and performance consultant to the NFL's Miami Dolphins, North Carolina State University Football and Basketball programs and numerous other private professional organizations such as Athletes’ Performance, Velocity Sports Performance and IMG’s International Performance Institute. He currently is the Sports Performance Coordinator for the Athletic Performance Center in Raleigh, NC. Scott began his coaching career at the University of Virginia while earning a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS - NSCA) and holds a USA Weight Lifting Club Coach certification (USAW). http://www.xplosivespeed.com
