His aim, he says, is to show people how easy it is to practice yoga. “Yoga must be adapted to the individual needs – the body type, the age, the health, and the cultural background of the person.” 

He explains how yoga has been misinterpreted ... but how easy and necessary it is to become intimate with all ordinary conditions of life. This is a stunning listening experience.
